We want to focus on properly promoting Initiaties to Guild Member Rank this month:
Member Responsibilities to be eligible for Promotion
Review Guild Member Rank Standards. Understand that there are no exception. And ignorance of these Standards, reflects harshly on an individual requesting promotion.
Pick your endgame gameplay focus ( i.e. the subgroup you wish to advance guild rank in) and check in:
PvE Grouping = Operation Team
PvP = Death Company
Crafting = Trade Federation
Map your Rank Focus advancement through the rank focuses that suit your play-style and post in your Subgroup Check in and House Sign up threads:
A Rank Focus reflects your play-style. A quiet person logging at different times a day is not going to be a shot caller, but there are opportunities for these player types to have other Focuses that are just important in a subgroup or House.
A Guild Member must have 1 House Role and 1 Subgroup Role
A Veteran has 1 House Role and 1 Veteran Initiative
An Officer has 1 House Initiative, 1 Subgroup Initiative, and 1 Specialization
House represents an investment in ALL members of the guild in your timezone.
Subgroup represents investment in members and guild efficacy in a content area.
Your plans CAN change. But we need a written idea of what you want to become in our guild to HELP you develop into that. Anyone who ignores these steps will not rank or have leadership in Alpha Imperium.
