Guild Overview

Alpha Imperium is a community. Unlike other guilds focused on simply accomplishing content, Alpha Imperium's first goal is to develop a strong community. With a culture of activity, cooperation, and standards of conduct we can not only participate in content at the highest level, but do so in a meaningful way that goes beyond the limitations of a game.

To achieve this our guild is first built on our Code of Conduct. Based on respect, self-control, and accountability our Code of Conduct is what allows us to bring people around the world, with different views, opinions, ages, races, ethnicities, sexes, etc. together to bring our community to life.

Once members accept how to interact, the focus shifts to participation. Alpha Imperium provide 24/7 activity, in-game and out of game tools, extensive game experience, etc. but without every member making it a priority to interact, participate, and involve others, it means nothing.


Guild Ranks

To help all members understand how to participate, we have established a Guild Rank System that defines what is expected of members.

Rank is upgraded based on participation and execution of responsibilities. Executing your rank responsibilities improves the guild, the members you play alongside, the group content you can access, and grants access to greater responsibility and reward within Alpha Imperium.

Rank is tied to Roles, Initiatives, and Specializations which focus member contributions in sub-groups and member houses allowing for greater contributions in the areas a member excels at.

Members who advance to Guild Officer and exemplify their ranks, are eligible for election to Representative Positions which lead activity and guild administration. Representative Positions are jobs with expected performance standards.

Working with the Guild Leader, Representatives identify needs in Guild House Sub-Group and menage member contribution to make sure there is activity and positive growth.

When we participate in this simple system with enthusiasm and our Code of Conduct in mind, we create a culture where every member feels like an important part of the guild.


Ranks and their standards ensure an environment where Alpha Imperium is a social and active community. Ranks have a two part purpose.

Firstly, members can clearly define what they need to accomplish in a gaming session, what they are responsible for, and what they need to do to advance.

Secondly, Leadership can ensure that the right guidance is given to individuals of a certain rank, to ensure they are learning the AI way of working within a community.

Houses group members based on their time zone of play. Subgroups group members based on content areas of focus.

The purpose is to provide members with a way to focus their contributions to develop content areas in the time they play. Be focusing these efforts we can ensure needs are met and responsibility is shared.

Each Subgroup has Representatives in each House. 24 hour leadership support.


Member Rank Focus


Member Roles, Veteran Initiatives, and Officer Specializations are contribution focuses in a Guild House and Guild Sub-group(s). These focused areas chosen by the rank holder to grant responsibility in areas of talent or interest. With the guidance of Subgroup Representatives rank holders have the power and tools to impact success in their House play time.
