Overview

Trade Federation is a co-op subgroup which helps organize our craft, harvesting, and mission specialist to better educate our members in Crew Skills, supply the guild with needs to better carry out activity needs, and develop individuals to ensure Alpha Imperium has prominent Crafters in server economy.

Member contribution to the Trade Federation focus on the following objectives:

• Develop a guild environment in game and through our website that involves all players in the crafting system.
• Research game systems that affect and are affected by Crew Skills to better understand and relay information about Crew Skills
• Identify guild item needs and delegate responsibility to fulfill them
• Manage the Guild Bank and develop it into a meaningful piece of content for the guild.

The Trade Federation is managed by Trade Federation Envoys. These Representatives work within their houses to motivate members to stay up to date on their crew skills and manage the contribution of those members choosing focuses (Member Roles, Veteran Initiatives, Officer Specializations) within the Trade Federation. With members able to participate in their Crew Skills while offline and doing other activities, clear and accessible communication from Trade Federation Envoys will be essential in maximizing guild crafting efficiency.

Guild Member Focus

As members advance from Member Rank to Officer Rank, they are charged with choosing and maintaining Focuses applicable to each Rank. With advancement in Rank, responsibility and status in the Guild grows in a REAL way. Focuses in each rank offer responsibilities that build on member personalities interests, and talents.

• Crew Skill Development - Regular forum contributor to help Content Represetstive catalogue and develop our members understanding of Crew Skills.
• Contractor - fills a quota of items to fill Guild Bank Items. Is supplied by Guild Suppliers.

• Guild Enterprise - A crafter who through developing a top-notch business promotes the guild.
• Order Specialist - listed guild crafter who can he contacted by guild members for made to order items. Daily Participation in forums is expected.

• Crew Skill Expert - Looks for an able to provide information and dispel misconception pertaining to items, crafting process, etc. within area of expertise.
• Bank Associate - Is aware of bank needs and is able to relay them to members as well as define unmet needs based on an understanding of our bank system.

Content Overview

Guild Orders - Via forum interaction members can place orders for Trade Federation Members to fill.

Bank Needs - The Guild Bank will provide basic material stock, consumables, and item exchanges.

Member Enterprise - Member businesses that promote the guild through their personal success

Co-op Ventures - Working with other guild members to develop a cooperative effort to achieve desired results
